Welcome. Come As You Are.
Are you moving through a life transition, emotional pain, or feeling stuck? In a world that rushes us forward, I offer a space to slow down, process, and begin healing.
I’m Jennifer Cust, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Psychotherapist dedicated to supporting adults through life’s transitions—both big and small. My approach is trauma-informed and holistic, focusing on deep healing that honors your unique experiences and inner resilience. I work collaboratively with clients to help them navigate change, build emotional clarity, and reconnect with what matters most.
Are you struggling to move through a transition or painful experience in your life?
Difficult moments can become the very lines that shape healing and growth.
“The wound is the place where the Light enters you.”
